Felicia Furino Myers has been immersed in all areas of the Florida real estate market, from buying and selling, investment properties, new home construction, renovation, interior design and staging. Her extensive knowledge and years honing her skills designing and selling luxury new construction homes, enables clients to benefit from her familiarity with the latest trends and understanding of what sells quickly. As an active investor, Felicia is well versed in locating and rehabilitating properties for both personal use and business investors.

Background

Felicia is an Upstate New York native and grew up in New Hartford, NY, surrounded by picturesque rolling farmlands, gorgeous fall foliage and brutal winters. It was those winters that made her realize a move south was in her near future. After a few brief detours, an undergraduate degree in French and economics from Boston College, a graduate degree in French language and literature from Middlebury College and the Sorbonne in Paris, France and a second master's degree in education from the University at Albany, Felicia finally moved to her dream state. She promptly fell in love with and married a born and bred Floridian, and Florida officially became home.

After several years teaching French at the secondary and college level and working at district level administration for Brevard County School Board, she left to pursue her true passion- interior design. Although she had taken multiple courses in art history and architecture during her studies, she had never pursued the profession. Selling and designing luxury new construction homes was a thrilling experience, and Felicia immersed herself in the world of construction. She used this knowledge to become an investor herself, and has been successfully "flipping" homes ever since. Felicia uses her expertise as a design and resale consultant, helping others in both simple interior design projects and getting their homes ready for market. After relocating to South Florida for her husband's work, it was only natural to transition to the residential side of real estate. Having renovated many of her personal homes, she can relate to the every day emotions and stresses that accompany a big project and is here to alleviate those challenges. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys spending time with her amazing husband, enthusiastic and part-time design assistant young son, family, friends and feisty Boston Terrier named Lola Bear.
